The project develops high-quality designs for a green, resilient, and inclusive waterfront park in Downtown Kingston, alongside urban upgrading and institutional capacity building to catalyze private sector-led redevelopment. SOP 1 finances conceptual and detailed designs, baseline and planning studies, MSME mapping and economic activation, and advisory services (including a City/Business Improvement District model), with climate‑smart and universal design principles embedded and a CERC for shocks.
