The project will improve resilient connectivity in the Northern Metropolitan Area of San Salvador (Apopa logistics node), strengthen sustainable road sector management, and enable rapid emergency response through a CERC, including climate-resilient designs for the Apopa bypass and bridge SAL38, and institutional capacity building (road asset management, road safety, gender, and integration of nature-based solutions into design standards)
